One Voice Canada Employment and Community Services objective is to Improve Thorncliffe Park immigrant socioeconomic life. The name One Voice Canada (OVC) was coined to give voice to the social and economic issues of new immigrants.

To assist immigrant families in developing employability skills for successsful career opportunities and to emplower seniors with tablet computer technology to reduce their social isolation.
Profile:
OVCECS’s team experience and expertise are blended with corporate and not-for-pro¬fit sectors. OVCECS CEO's experience as Case Manager, Employment Counselor and not for profit community leader in TP has earned him the experience, expertise and skills to assist new immigrants and youth in career counseling and business networking for job placements.
OVCECS CEO has held many corporate leadership roles in his several years of experience in the corporate world as a Business Development Manager, Director of Sales and Marketing, Corporate HR Trainer and Revenue Manager. In his leadership roles, he has launched many successful business projects which earned millions of dollars of revenue to the company in over three (3) to four (4) years of time.
In the not for profit employment services, he has successfully case managed and assisted many internationally trained professionals and youth in to career jobs. He is well known to the hiring managers in the corporate world of recruiting top talent for their workforce. His expertise in employment services are: employment coaching, career counseling, resume writing, interview preparation, job search strategies, workshop facilitation, business networking, partnership development and social media management has earned him clients highest level of satisfaction and referrals.
His previous employment record earned him many appreciation awards and recognition reference letters from his previous employers.
Together, OVC founder and volunteers have more than 80 years of corporate, business and not-for-prot management experience. Our team expertise are blended with leadership, project management skills, new programs and concept development. Above all, the strength of the OVC team is to nurture imagination at work within our planning and service delivery model.

In addition to our employment and recruitmnet services, we are providing services for seniors to minimize the impact of socioeconomic on senior’s health and well-being. We are training seniors on portable computer technology to empower their social life by connecting them to social media. Youth is our future, we recognize the potential of 19.4% youth living in Thorncliffe Park area, and we are addressing youth drop out ratio from high schools in our area by offering career advice, connect them to youth employment opportunities and in addition providing academic tutoring service through our academy.
